Founded in England in 2026 by Zain Raja, Strength Potential is built around one simple idea: better training starts with the right essentials.
We create practical, purpose-built training products and sell them directly — starting with an insulated bottle, a cap, a long sleeve, a tee and trousers.
Our training programmes and fitness guides are completely free, with no account required. Products fund the brand; knowledge stays free.

- Everything in the Strength Potential app is free, and nothing you use now will ever be moved behind a payment.
- No score or streak on your training, and no calorie target.
- Nothing you log in the app is sent to us.
