Sizing, shipping & the legal bits

Size GuideLong sleeve, tee and trousers

The shirt runs true to size with a slightly athletic cut through the body and a bit of extra length and sleeve room to move under load — built for the rack, not the wardrobe rail.

Size up for more room through the shoulders and chest on heavier training days; size down for a closer, more fitted look. If you're not sure, email us your usual size in another training brand and we'll help you pick before you order.

Measurements of the garment itself from our supplier's size chart, in centimetres, not your body size. Chest is all the way round, so to compare with a shirt you own, measure it laid flat across the chest and double it. The supplier allows 1–3 cm either way.

Crew tee (S–L available): S — chest 88, length 65, sleeve 30. M — chest 92, length 67, sleeve 31.3. L — chest 96, length 69, sleeve 32.5.

Crew-neck long sleeve (S–XL available): S — chest 88, length 66, sleeve 69. M — chest 92, length 68, sleeve 71. L — chest 96, length 70, sleeve 73. XL — chest 100, length 72, sleeve 75.

The crew tee's supplier chart does not yet cover XL — we're chasing that size before we sell it in that cut.

Trousers (S–L available): we don't have measurements for the trousers yet, so we don't publish any. Email info@strength-potential.com with your usual size in another brand and we'll help you pick before you order.

Shipping & ReturnsDispatch times, costs, and how to send something back

Standard orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Standard delivery is £3.65, and free on orders of £35 or more. Checkout delivers to England, Scotland and Wales. Anywhere else, including Northern Ireland and outside the UK, email us before you order to request shipping.

Standard delivery arrives in 2–4 working days from dispatch. Next Day Delivery is £5.95 at checkout: orders paid before 2pm UK time on a working day are sent the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and are aimed to arrive the next working day; orders paid after 2pm, or on a weekend or UK public holiday, are sent the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Outside Great Britain — Northern Ireland or another country — we ship on request. Email info@strength-potential.com before you order with what you would like and the delivery address. We will confirm whether we can send it there, the delivery cost and how long it should take, and send you a way to pay; nothing is charged until you have agreed. Before you pay, we will also tell you how any import duty or taxes are handled for your country, because it differs from one country to the next.

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to change your mind, and a further 14 days to send the item back — this is your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and you do not have to give us a reason. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days runs from the day after the last parcel arrives. Send it back in the condition you would expect if you had tried it on in a shop — you are allowed to check an item the way you could in store. If it has been handled more than that, we can reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, and we will tell you the amount and the reason before we do.

We give you longer: 30 days from the day after delivery to send an unused item back, on the same terms as the 14 days above. Checking an item or trying it on as you would in a shop does not count as using it. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. This doesn't affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Email info@strength-potential.com with your order number to start a return. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching us, or of you sending us proof that you have posted it, whichever comes first — usually a good deal sooner. Refunds include the standard delivery you paid; if you chose a faster service, we refund the standard rate. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case it is on us. As a guide, sending a single item back by Royal Mail costs roughly £2.50–£4.50 depending on its size and the service you choose. Send returns to: Strength Potential Ltd, 56 Thomas Street, Nelson, Lancashire BB9 9AY, with a note of your order number.

None of this affects your separate legal rights if something is faulty: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item and get a full refund, and rights to a repair or replacement after that. This is a plain-English summary of our policy, not legal advice — the Terms of Service below are the full version.

Frequently Asked QuestionsDelivery times, returns, payment and materials

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Standard Delivery is dispatched within 1–2 working days of you ordering and arrives 2–4 working days after dispatch. UK Next Day Delivery: orders paid before 2pm UK time on a working day are sent the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and are aimed to arrive the next working day; orders paid after 2pm are sent the next working day.

How much is delivery?

£3.65 standard, and free on orders of £35 or more. Next Day Delivery is £5.95.

What payment methods can I use?

Card — Visa, Mastercard and Maestro — and Klarna, through Stripe's secure payment page. Depending on your device and browser, Stripe may also offer a wallet such as Google Pay or Apple Pay. The payment page shows every option available for your order, and card always is.

Can I use a discount code and free delivery together?

Yes. Type your code in the bag before you check out. Free delivery is decided on your order before the code comes off, so an order of £35 or more still ships free. One code per order, each code has an end date, and codes are not valid on food.

I paid through a payment provider and returned part of my order — what happens?

Start the return with us in the usual way. We refund the returned items to the payment method you used, and your payment provider applies that refund to your account under their own terms — check their app or contact them directly for how it appears on your side.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes. By law you have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, and another 14 days to post it back. We give you longer: 30 days from the day after delivery to send an unused item back, on the same terms. You can check an item the way you would in a shop; handling it beyond that can mean a deduction from the refund. See Shipping & Returns above for how refunds work.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

On request. Checkout only takes addresses in England, Scotland and Wales, so email info@strength-potential.com before you order. We will confirm whether we can send it, the cost and the timing, and send you a way to pay once you have agreed.

Do you ship internationally?

Ask us first. Email info@strength-potential.com with what you would like and your address, and we will tell you whether we can send it there, the delivery cost and timing, and how any import duty or taxes are handled, before anything is charged.

What's the bottle made from?

Stainless steel, double-wall insulated, available in five colourways — built to survive a gym bag, not just a desk.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can. You have the right to cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after it arrives — if it has not shipped yet we will simply stop it and refund you, and if it has, it follows the returns process above. Amendments (a different size or colour) we will do if we can catch it before it goes out.

Do you do wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes — email info@strength-potential.com with quantities and we'll come back to you. You can also use Contact: More → Contact in the app, or the Contact section on this page on the website.

Is the app free? Do I need an account?

It is free and there is no account. Every programme, every exercise demonstration, the nutrition guide and the calculators are open the moment you install it — no email, no trial, no upsell.

Does the app collect my data?

Only when you do one of these. If you check out, the items in your bag go to our checkout service and to Stripe, who take your payment and delivery details. If you send the Contact or Community form, what you type comes to us: your name and email, plus your message, or your social handle and training note — and, on Community, the box you tick to confirm you are 18 or over. After you pay, the app asks our server for your order summary. If you use Share, the text goes only where you send it. Your workout log, food log and water log are held on your phone and are never sent to us; they are also kept out of your phone's own backup and out of a phone-to-phone transfer, so a new or reset phone starts empty. Meal photos you add in the Food tab are saved on your phone too, and we never receive them. If you turn on the app's optional Health Connect switch, finished workouts — and drinks, if you choose — are also written to Android's Health Connect on your own phone, where other health apps you allow can read them; that is off unless you turn it on, and it still never reaches us.

Where do the protein and calorie numbers come from?

McCance and Widdowson's The Composition of Foods Integrated Dataset (CoFID) 2021, published by Public Health England under the Open Government Licence. Every food carries its CoFID code so you can check any figure against the source yourself.

Does the app count my calories?

No, and that is deliberate. It tells you what is in food so you can work things out, and the guide explains why a single daily number is more misleading than useful — if you want a tracker, there are plenty, and this is not one.

Why do some foods say cooked and others say as sold?

Because it changes the number, often by a lot — the same chicken is 24g of protein per 100g raw and 30g cooked, because cooking drives water off and concentrates what is left. Rice and lentils go the other way, taking water on. Every row says which it is.

What are the clothes made from?

The long sleeve and the tee are 90% polyester and 10% elastane, in a compression-style fit with a little extra body length. The trousers are 88% polyamide (nylon) and 12% elastane. Wash the tops cool and hang them to dry — see Product Care below.

If I cancel, do I get the delivery charge back too?

Yes, you get the standard delivery charge back as well as what you paid for the goods. If you chose Next Day, we refund the standard rate rather than the premium — that is how the Consumer Contracts Regulations work, and return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Is the gear true to what's shown in photos?

Yes. Every product photo shows our own stock, front, back and worn, in each colour we sell. We don't use stock photography.

Product CareGet more life out of your bottle, cap and clothing

Hand wash the bottle and lid rather than putting them through the dishwasher — heat and detergent can damage the vacuum seal over time and shorten how long it keeps drinks cold. Leave the lid off between uses so it dries out fully and doesn't hold onto odour.

Spot clean the cap with a damp cloth and a little mild soap rather than machine washing — a wash cycle can warp the brim and loosen the embroidery. Let it air dry away from direct heat.

Machine wash the shirt cold, inside out, with similar colours. Skip the tumble dryer and fabric softener — both work against the fabric's stretch and moisture-wicking properties over time. Air dry instead.

Machine wash the trousers at 30°C, inside out, with similar colours. Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean, and skip the fabric softener. Hang them to dry.

General guidance — always check the care label on the item itself, since it takes priority if anything here differs.

AccessibilityOur approach, and how to flag a problem

We want strength-potential.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including anyone navigating by keyboard, using a screen reader, or browsing with a visual impairment. The site's built with readable contrast, clear structure, and full keyboard navigation in mind, and we're aiming to meet WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines throughout.

If you run into anything on the site that's hard to use, email info@strength-potential.com and tell us what happened and what you were trying to do — we'll fix what we can and get back to you.

Privacy PolicyWhat we collect and how it's used

Effective 6 October 2026. This policy applies to strength-potential.com and to the Strength Potential mobile app.

Strength Potential Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 17429437, registered office 56 Thomas Street, Nelson, Lancashire BB9 9AY, operates strength-potential.com and the Strength Potential mobile app. This policy explains what personal data we collect through either of those and what we do with it.

When you place an order: your name, delivery address, email and payment details (handled directly by Stripe, our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers). When you contact us, sign up for updates or apply as an ambassador: your name and email address, plus whatever else you choose to tell us in a message — for example a training background or a social handle on the app's Community screen. If you join the mailing list or apply as an ambassador, we also record the box you tick to confirm you are old enough (16 or over for the list, 18 or over for ambassadors), so that we have a record of what you told us.

We use a small number of processors to provide parts of this service on our behalf: Stripe to take payment, and Netlify to host this website, the app's checkout and order functions, and the Contact, Community, mailing-list and review forms. Netlify acts only on our instructions and does not use your data for its own purposes. Stripe also processes payment data as an independent controller in its own right, for its own fraud prevention and legal checks such as anti-money-laundering, under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

When we post your order, Royal Mail receives your name, delivery address and email address, so that we can print the delivery label and so that they can email you the tracking number.

Where your data is handled: Stripe and Netlify may process your data outside the UK, mainly in the United States. Stripe may also use service providers in the EU and India. Stripe, LLC and Netlify, Inc. are both certified under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where that does not cover a transfer, Stripe uses standard contractual clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and Netlify uses standard contractual clauses. To ask for a copy of these safeguards, email info@strength-potential.com.

Email you send us is handled by Namecheap, Inc., which hosts our mailbox on servers in the United States under its own privacy policy at namecheap.com/legal/general/privacy-policy. We read and answer it in Microsoft Outlook, so Microsoft also holds a copy on its servers, which may be outside the UK, under its privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.

Your shopping bag: what you put in the bag is kept in your own browser's session storage, so it survives moving between pages, and it is cleared when you close the tab. It never leaves your device, we cannot read it, and it is not used to track you. No advertising or analytics cookies are set anywhere on this site.

Health Connect (Strength Potential app for Android only). Writing: if you turn on the Health Connect option in More → What this app keeps, the app writes each workout you finish (its start, end and name) and, if you choose, each drink you log to Android's Health Connect on your phone, where other health apps you have allowed can read it. Google's Health Connect terms then apply to that copy. Reading your steps: if you connect Steps, the app reads your daily step totals from Health Connect, and nothing else, to show your progress, your goal, your streak, your achievements and the SP points you earn. It never reads your heart rate, sleep, location or any other health data, and it never writes steps. Your steps are worked out on your phone and are never sent to us. The app keeps your goal, your achievements and a record of each SP point (the day, that day's steps and your goal) on your phone, and the "Clear the Steps data" button in More → What this app keeps removes them. Both options are off unless you turn them on. Our use of information received from Health Connect follows the Health Connect Permissions policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can remove the app's access, or delete what it wrote, at any time in Health Connect (App permissions → Strength Potential), and the app stops reading straight away.

Meal photos. If you add a photo of a meal in the app's Food tab, the app saves a copy in its own storage on your phone, without the location or other details your camera records. We never receive it, and it is not shared with anyone. The app uses your camera only when you tap "Take a photo"; if you choose a photo instead, Android's photo picker gives the app only the photo you choose. Photos are deleted with their day after 14 days, and you can delete one at any time, or all of them with "Delete log".

Reviews. If you send us a review, we keep what you write, your name, your email address and your order number. We use them to check the review against your order, to keep fake reviews off our website, and to reply to you. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in publishing only genuine reviews, which the law also expects of us. We publish your review on strength-potential.com only if you agree, using the name you choose (first name and town, first name only, or no name). You can withdraw that agreement at any time by emailing info@strength-potential.com, and we will take your review down within 7 days. We never publish your email address or order number. The review form is handled by Netlify, as set out above. We keep the private record of each review for two years after we decide on it, then delete it, with the form submission.

Processing and delivering your order, replying to enquiries, and — only if you sign up for it — sending occasional news about new drops, restocks and training content. We never sell your data to third parties.

Our lawful bases are: performing our contract with you (orders and delivery); our legal obligations (keeping order and accounting records for tax); our legitimate interests (replying to enquiries, considering ambassador applications, checking reviews against orders, and protecting against fraud); and your consent (marketing emails, and publishing a review you send us, which you can withdraw at any time). If a buyer is under 18 and the contract basis does not apply, we rely on our legitimate interests to process their order. Order and accounting records are kept for six years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as UK tax law requires; enquiry emails are kept for two years; ambassador applications are kept for two years from the date of the application; marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time by emailing info@strength-potential.com.

Your IP address: like any website, our hosting provider, Netlify, receives the IP address of the device that opens this site or uses the app's checkout, forms or order lookup. We use it only for security, to limit repeated requests such as order lookups from one connection. Netlify also stores it with each Contact, Community, mailing-list and review form message, which we keep for as long as the message itself (see above).

How we keep your data safe: everything the app and this website send to us travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and card numbers never reach us. The accounts that hold your data (Netlify, Stripe, our mailbox and Royal Mail Click & Drop) are used only by Strength Potential Ltd and are protected with two-step sign-in.

Young people. There is no account, and the app never asks your age. The only two places we ask are the mailing list, which is for people aged 16 and over, and ambassador applications, which are for people aged 18 and over — in both, you tell us yourself by ticking a box. Otherwise the app works the same for everyone: nothing you log is sent to us, and Health Connect starts switched off. If you are under 18, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or tell us about a concern, by emailing info@strength-potential.com. A parent or carer can help you do that.

Under UK GDPR (and, if you are in the EU, the EU GDPR) you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time — every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to us by emailing info@strength-potential.com or by writing to us at our registered office above. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it without undue delay, keep you updated and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commission (the ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though it will usually expect you to have raised the complaint with us first.

For any question about this policy, or to make a data request, email info@strength-potential.com directly — we handle these ourselves, no call centre in between.

Terms of ServiceThe short version of the rules

Last updated 5 October 2026.

Strength Potential Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 17429437, EORI GB529542473000, VAT no. GB 529 5424 73, registered office 56 Thomas Street, Nelson, Lancashire BB9 9AY ("we", "us").

Placing an order is an offer to buy — we'll confirm by email once accepted. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at 20%. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock), in which case you'll be refunded in full.

Payment is taken securely through our payment provider at checkout. We don't store your card details.

See Shipping & Returns above — those terms form part of this agreement. If you order through an older version of our app, delivery costs what that version shows you before you pay, and that is the amount we refund if you cancel.

Discount codes: one code per order. Each code has an end date, and some can be used only a set number of times; we state both wherever we give the code out. Codes are not valid on food.

To cancel, you can email us, or use this model cancellation form (copy it into an email or a letter): To Strength Potential Ltd, 56 Thomas Street, Nelson, Lancashire BB9 9AY, info@strength-potential.com — I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods: [items]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name of consumer. Address of consumer. Signature of consumer (only if this form is sent on paper). Date. Using the form is optional — any clear statement that you want to cancel is enough.

You can also use this form within our 30-day period.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, or, if you live outside the UK and we have agreed to deliver to you, the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. We're not liable for indirect losses arising from use of our products beyond their intended purpose (training gear and hydration accessories). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
