How we handle reviews

What this page is. Strength Potential Ltd runs this website. This is how we deal with reviews on it, so you can judge them.

Who can write one. Anyone aged 18 or over who has one of our products, whether they bought it or were given it. We ask for your order number and check it against our orders. If we sent you the item free, we check it against our dispatch record instead, and the review says so.

We publish good and bad. We publish every genuine review we are sent, newest first. We do not change your words. The only exception is that we hide anyone else’s personal details, and we show where we did. We do not pick favourites, and we do not take a review down because it is critical of us, our prices or our products.

When. Reviews are checked as they arrive. We start publishing them in January 2027, and from then on we publish new reviews at least once a month. Until then, the review section on each product says there are no reviews yet.

We do not pay for reviews. No discount, code, gift, prize draw or anything else is offered for writing one. A review is never a condition of a refund, a replacement or an answer from us.

If a review was rewarded, or the writer is connected to us. If someone tells us they got the item free or at a discount, or that they are connected to Strength Potential (an ambassador, a friend, a supplier, someone who works with us), the review says so, and we say how many such reviews any count includes. Our founder, our founder’s family and our staff do not write reviews.

What we will not publish. A review we cannot match to an order or a dispatch. A review that is not about our products or service, or is not based on the writer’s own experience. Abuse, threats and hate. Claims about a named person that could be defamatory. Other people’s personal details. Adverts, links and spam. Health or medical claims. Duplicates. If we do not publish one, we tell the writer why within 7 days, and they can send it again.

Taking a review down. If a review turns out to be fake, or the writer asks us to take it down, we remove it within 7 days.

Fake reviews. We do not write them, buy them or ask anyone to. If we find one, positive or negative, we remove it and correct any count it touched. To report one, email info@strength-potential.com.

Stars and averages. We do not show star ratings. If we ever start, they will count every published review for that item.

Which product a review is about. Each review names the item, the colour and the date. Reviews of an earlier version of an item are shown here, marked “earlier version”, and never on the current item’s page.

Reviews and complaints are different. A review is your opinion, for other customers. A complaint is for us to put something right. You can do both, and we will not ask you to choose, or to hold back a review.

How we check. We match each review to an order or a dispatch, look for repeats and unusual patterns, and review this process every six months.

Your details. We publish your first name and town only if you say so. We never publish your email address or order number. You can withdraw your permission at any time; see our Privacy Policy.
